Patrick Conway, President and CEO Mr. Conway began working for Allied Striping, Inc. in 1983 as a laborer and progressed to a foreman in 1984, beginning his career in road marking management. He was first foreman of a short-line road marking thermoplastic crew and later of a long line thermoplastic operation. In 1986 he was promoted to superintendent and was responsible for three to five crews. In 1988 he became Division Manager responsible for the Carolinas Division. In 1989 he accepted a position with Roadmark Corporation as a Vice President. Initially responsible for all vehicles and equipment, as Roadmark expanded he took on Prime Contract oversight and joint responsibility for all Virginia operations. In 2004 he was a member of the management group that acquired Roadmark from its founders. As the newly named President and CEO he is committed to utilizing the company’s resources to safely and efficiently provide better, more diverse capabilities to its customers and the traveling public.
Michael A. Iannucci, Operations – Mr.Iannucci started working for Allied Striping Inc in 1979 as a laborer, quickly promoted to foreman, laying out and painting parking lots, runways and small road projects. He was directly responsible for crew’s duties, travel, equipment, safety, expenses and daily reports. Mike was married to Sheri in 1982 and in 1983 he was promoted to superintendent and relocated to Virginia Beach, VA where he opened and operated Allied’s first branch office. His duties expanded to the responsibility of managing and scheduling three to five crews, hiring, inventory, equipment maintenance, attending pre-construction meetings and all day to day operations. In 1985 Mike relocated back to Manassas, VA, was promoted to Vice President of Allied Striping, where his duties grew to include managing, scheduling, inventory and the coordination of five divisions in the Mid-Atlantic States to include 30 crews, 150 employees and 110 trucks in peak season. In 1988, he left this position and started his own company, Line Design Co. Inc., where he continued to install pavement markings on a smaller scale. In 1991 he sold his business to Roadmark Corporation and became the Director of Operations for its Virginia office and shop through 2004. In 2005 Mike moved to Roadmark’s corporate office in Durham, NC where he is now responsible for all of Roadmark’s operations.
David Rosenthal, Administration — Mr. Rosenthal received his BBA from Loyola University in 1970 and his JD from Northwestern University School of Law in 1973. Licensed both as a CPA and Attorney in Illinois, he engaged in a private business and tax law practice until 1983. From 1983 to 1990 he owned and operated Heritage Realty, Inc., owning and managing commercial real estate. Licensed to practice law in North Carolina in 1990, Mr. Rosenthal worked for a local law firm, then his own practice until 1997. Since 1997 he has been responsible for legal, financial, insurance and technology areas.
